Pork (minimum 80%), salt, rusk (made from: wheat flour, water, salt, raising agent (E503)), dextrose, stabiliser (E451) (contains: calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin, salt, ammonium bicarbonate (E503ii)) gluten, sulphides (5.750%)), preservative (E221 (4.330%)), flavour enhancer (E621 (3.850%)), antioxidant (E300), spice extracts, citric acid, colour (E120 (0.10%)), sage extract.
